Veena Agrawal, PhD and Chaitanya K. Agrawal, MSc are a wife-husband duo who have over 60 years of combined experience teaching as college professors and 20 years of experience heading Kumon Math & Reading Tutoring Centers for school-age children. They are highly passionate about teaching students of all ages and look forward to continuing their careers as educators in the tutoring realm.

Dr. Veena Agrawal received her PhD in Statistics from the prestigious University of Delhi in 1983. She has been teaching Mathematics and Statistics to undergraduate and graduate college students since then with the following experience: University of Delhi Lady Shri Ram College (1982-1992), University of Texas at San Antonio (1994-2006), and San Antonio College (1995-present). She is currently a Professor of Mathematics at San Antonio College. 

Mr. C.K. Agrawal holds a Masters degree in Mathematics. After pivoting from a career in finance, he started teaching undergraduate students at the University of Texas at San Antonio (1995-2016). He is currently on the Adjunct Faculty at San Antonio College (1996-present). 

In-person tutoring sessions are available in Santa Monica, CA. Online tutoring sessions utilize Zoom technology, so you can learn in the comfort of your own study space with access to your books, notes, and other learning tools. We are proficient at incorporating document cameras into our Zoom sessions to truly create a one-on-one, highly interactive teaching experience. A secure and personalized Zoom link will be provided to you for each tutoring session.

Tutoring rates range from $50-90/hr. Payment is due at the beginning of each tutoring session. We accept a variety of payment methods, including ACH transfer, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Tutoring packages can be purchased for more competitive rates. A group rate can be determined as well if you are interested in learning with others.
